- One thing that surprised me was all that should be analyzed about a business when potentially buying it. I never realized how many different things need to be taken into account before you make the decision on purchasing it.
- One thing that confused me was all the different methods for a venture valuation. Again, I just didn't know that there were so many ways to place value on tangible items and even intangible items. It's just something where I have to keep looking into or getting more information on to fully understand.
- Two questions I have for the author are:
- Could there be anther method for venture valuation other than the ones listed?
- This is just something that is interesting to think about because maybe there is another way to place value on companies that we just haven't realized yet.
- Are there certain valuation methods that are more beneficial for certain types of companies?
- This could be important since certain companies could utilize this if they are in need of applying value to another company they are interested in purchasing.
- I don't disagree with anything, I agreed with everything the author said.
