I thought this list was difficult to come up with. I am not one to get annoyed by small things so I had to put in a lot of thinking to come up with some of these "bugs". With that, the more that I thought, the more that I realized what annoyed me with many places that I go to and things that I use often. This has definitely made me consider a lot more about the companies that I go to and the "bugs" they have.

ReplyDeleteI also have and use the UF bus app and agree to its annoying lack of accuracy, but i must admit that even with that fault it like many other things these days is still better than the alternative. I find it interesting that a lot of your bugs are like this, they are centered around technology and i also agree with the annoyance that most of them cause!
ReplyDeleteReading through your list I think most of your bugs have to do with being an unsatisfied customer due to changes made by the business. Reading about some of those changes, I thought about why a company may make that change. UF for example not having enough textbooks to rent—they know a student will willingly spend the money to purchase a required textbook, so they purposefully have more to buy as to earn a higher profit. Your list is pretty different from mine; I didn't list many bugs about services/businesses. But I also had a tough time coming up with a list! http://lfrancie.blogspot.com/2016/01/bug-list.html
